When you use the wellness assessment at lermalongevity.com, we collect your first name and email address provided when you begin your assessment, the content of your wellness conversation with Dana's AI wellness guide, and basic session metadata including date, time, and session identifier.
Your information is used solely to deliver your personalized wellness education report to your email address, notify Dana Lerma that your assessment is complete, and improve the wellness education experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to deliver your report via our email delivery service.
Your wellness conversation is stored securely and encrypted at rest. Session data is retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing dana@lermalongevity.com.
